New Clients

For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. 

This additional time will give us an opportunity to speak about the health of your natural lashes and expectations for your service. 


Extra Guest

No kids or extra company allowed. Unless the extra company has 

booked a following appointment.

 

Cleanliness

Please DO NOT arrive to your appointment with dirty lashes 

(i.e. mascara or eyeliner) 

If your lashes are dirty, there will be a $15 FEE added to the end of your service. 

This fee is for the 

extra time and product needed to thoroughly and properly clean your lashes.

Clean lashes are paramount for optimal lash retention. 


Cancellations/Tardiness

If you are more than 20 minutes late, it will result in a cancellation of your 

appointment.

Any cancellations or reschedules, should be done

 

within 24 HOURS of your scheduled appointment.


Deposits & Booking


A deposit is MANDATORY to book an appointment. 

NO deposit, NO appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

You're allowed 1 reschedule from the original booked appointment.

No calls & No shows will NOT be allowed to rebook

 

Additional Booking Info


When booking your appointment please advise me ahead of time if you have lashes


 from another technician. I DO NOT  lash or correct the work of others. 

A Removal Fee will be applied in addition to the cost of my work if a removal is not added to your original appointment at the time of booking. 


Reminder appointments will be sent 2 hours before

on the day of your appointment.
